As you may know, Leggett Immobilier has always pioneered digital technology when it comes to buying and selling French property.  As part of our ongoing push to make this as easy as possible for clients, we have a range of digital tools available which enable the progression of a French property purchase, whether clients live 3, 300 or 3,000 km away.

These tools, ranging from floorplans, to virtual tours and property videos, have been developed and improved over our twenty years of experience in the French property market.  Now, more than ever, they are hugely appreciated by our buyers. 

For many years, we have been building our knowledge of how to make buying and selling at distance easier and more stress free, so we are delighted to be able to offer clients the option of signing their Compromis de Vente, electronically.

What does this mean for you?

Beyond the environmental impact, or inconvenience, of needing to be physically present at the signing, the electronic compromis de vente simplifies the process and saves you time. 

If you opt for this service, you no longer need to travel, you can do everything from home. The Compromis de Vente, as well as all the documents relating to it, are sent to you by email and can safely be signed electronically.

This quick and efficient method of sending documents also reduces the time between signing the Compromis and obtaining the SRU notification.

Finally, it allows the continuation of your purchase or sale project – even during confinement.
