Brexit: what now?

Brexit still dominates a lot of the headlines, but what impact is it having with buyers in France?
Obviously the situation with Brexit has impacted on those thinking about making a French property purchase, however, it does not seem to have deterred people from planning their move to France. We had a record sales month in March, on the back of a steady lift in sales since the referendum result. Buyers have been split 50/50 international and French; and traffic levels to our English language website are also as high as ever. At recent shows, it’s been clear that more clients are interested in moving to France permanently – families with children, wanting to start new lives and businesses. Whatever happens with Brexit the weather, quality of life, great food and drink and excellent-value property found in France, isn’t changing.
