Need to see details of number3

    Dear Joanna and Trevor,

I have been trying to purchase a property in France for over three years now and I use your website extensively to view French properties. So far I have not seen the perfect property for me so I continue my search.

The latest email, “French Life and Property”, sent today refers to the top five properties, however property number three is unavailable for some reason?

I also enquired about a property in Cheville, in the Sarthe, however when I requested details I was sent details of the wrong property and when I resent my request I still have not heard back from your agent.

I hope you don’t mind this feedback but I feel your attention to detail is poor and this may be letting you down. If your sales are good then maybe you do not care that much?

A lot of your property descriptions are very disappointing and are full of mistakes and very poor grammar.

Also I notice and I do appreciate the French market is very different from the UK, however a lot of your photographs are very poor and show cluttered rooms, toilet seats left up, mess etc etc and this may detract many customers from viewing said properties.

I am an expert on attention to detail and would gladly assist you and all your agents in getting the property descriptions right. I also have extensive knowledge of French properties, what to look for and what a buyer needs to know.

I am currently learning French and expect to be fluent soon.

Unfortunately I am not in a position to become an agent for you but would very much like to assist you in any other way I can.

I look forward to your response.

You are displaying photographs and details of my house in Floirac. You do not have permission to advertise my house and you should withdraw the advertisement immediately. You have also clearly never visited the property and your description is completely inaccurate.
I am outraged and require an immediate explanation for this apparent piggybacking attempt to circumvent my agent. I will copy this message to them without delay.

    Good morning,

Thank you for your message and I am sorry to read this. I’m afraid we haven’t featured any property in Floirac in this article. Could you please send me the link of the advertising you are referring to so that I can figure out what happened?

    Best regards,

    Good morning,

Yes, this property was sold the day we sent out our newsletter – such good value properties usually sell quickly and I’m afraid this is what happened with this one.

    Have a lovely day!
