Leggett Immobilier report that 22 of the 51 apartments that make up the first phase of the La Cordée development in Chamonix have been reserved within two months of launch.
Each apartment will have at least one underground parking space and one ski box. Communal facilities include a reception, lounge, bar, swimming pool and “well being” area.
Trevor Leggett, Chairman of Leggett Immobilier who are marketing the development comments:
“We are not surprised to see such a healthy demand for what is a superb product in a prime location. Our agency has seen a 44% rise in sales so far this year and the love affair that International buyers have with the Alps is set to continue.
Interest in La Cordée has come primarily from the UK but we have had enquiries from all over Europe.
Chamonix is a year round resort and this is attractive to both buyers looking for an investment and those simply looking for a home to enjoy. The window of opportunity won’t be open for too long so if you’re looking in the Alps don’t hesitate to put La Cordée on your shortlist.”
La Cordée is the renovation of an existing hotel and overall there will be 80 apartments, all available freehold.
