Leggett Immobilier report that 22 of the 51 apartments that make up the first phase of the La Cordée development in Chamonix have been reserved within two months of launch.
Each apartment will have at least one underground parking space and one ski box. Communal facilities include a reception, lounge, bar, swimming pool and “well being” area.
